In early October 2017, the installation and commissioning work of the twin HZS90 concrete batch plants offered by Camelway Machinery for Jiangxi Yichun Road Construction Group has been finished, and it will be delivered to the user to take part in LJ-3 contract section of Shaanxi Bao-Ping Highway construction project.
Bao-Ping Highway (Baoji to Pingkan) is not only one important section of the national highway from Yinchuan to Kunming(G85), but also one important part of Shaanxi “2637” highway network from Baoji to Hanzhong. It plays an essential role in connecting G85 in Shaanxi province and completing the national highway network in order to improve regional traffic conditions, promote the integration of south and north areas in Qinling mountains, exploit resources and promote the economic and social development along the highway.
LJ-3 contract section of Shaanxi Bao-Ping Highway has a length of 3.855 kilometers including 7 bridges (2447 meters), and its construction technology is complex and difficult, so it has a stricter requirement to concrete. The constructor of this section -- Jiangxi Yichun Road Construction Group with a strong strength, and it has made remarkable achievements in a number of key engineering projects and high-grade highways construction projects. Its director of equipment procurement department Mr.Wang and Camelway project manager Mr.Ding conducted several thorough discussions and finally they decided to adopt double HZS90 concrete mixing plants to support Bao-Ping Highway construction.
In the equipment installation and commissioning process, on-site construction workers strictly follow the construction requirements and plan the layout reasonably. After a series of processes like the site selection, excavation, formation, site hardening, basic construction, equipment installation, the erection of materials warehouse and portable dwellings, the commissioning and operation of concrete mixer, at present, the whole equipment has been successfully put into operation, and it will further improve the progress of the entire construction project.
