Self Loading Concrete Mixer mainly comprises of a rotating drum mounted on an operator-driven cab-mounted chassis frame fitted with a loading bucket and it is designed to batch, mix and transport concrete. Its working processes are as follows: At first, the operator batches and puts the ingredients required for mixing concrete including cement, stone and sand aggregates etc., into the drum (usually a reversible type, tilt type or a combination of both) using the loading bucket. And then a predetermined volume of water is discharged to the drum via a water dispensing unit. Finally, the mixtures in the self loading concrete mixer will rotate with the mixing drum. The blades in the mixing drum lifts the mixtures to a certain height and then the mixtures will drop freely via its self-weight. The process will be repeated again and again until the mixtures is mixed uniformly. It is more suitable for some projects need small quantity of concrete in medium-and-small sized construction projects, road, bridges, water conservancy projects and precast concrete plants, etc.
