Aggregates are the most mined material in the world. However, natural deposits of aggregate are very limited in nature world. Most aggregate are obtained from the crushed large rock, gravel, sand or other materials. Fine aggregate is the materials that could pass the No.4 sieve, and most could be remained on a No. 200 sieve. The blasted raw stones was hauled to the a stockpile by heavy duty truck;
The raw stones like granite, basalt, marble, limestone, cobble stone etc. will be fed into jaw crusher as primary crushing machine;
The crushed stones will be transferred to impact crusher for further processing;
According to the clients application, the crushed stone will be sieved into different grade by vibrating screen, or be transferred to cone crusher for fineness crushing;
After screening process, aggregate washing machine will be needed to clear away the dust and small particles.

Crushing and Grinding
It allows the particle size to be reduced in successive phases, using crushing equipment of different characteristics, such as jaw crusher, impact crusher, rotary, ball mills or bar mills. In the sands and gravels of alluvial origin, only the large sizes are crushed, therefore, the number of crushing stages is usually lower.

The deburring, washing or dedusting of the material allows to obtain clean aggregates to meet the needs of certain applications since the presence of sludge, clay or dust mixed with the aggregate or enveloping the particles can alter the adhesion with the binders (cement , lime, bituminous compounds or others) and prevent a correct application.
