Structure of Concrete Batching Plant

The overall structure of the concrete batching plant is as shown in the figure, the structure is mainly composed of material storage system, metering system, control system, conveying system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, batching system, main frame, control room, dust-removal system, etc. To complete the concrete raw materials’ storage, measurement, conveyance, mixing and discharging.

  • Materials Storage System

The storage system includes aggregate-storing system of raw materials used for the production of concrete ,and material storage system for finished concrete.

  • Metering System

Metering systems include aggregate metering and powder (cement and admixture), water and liquid admixtures metering.3.Conveying System

The conveyance system in the concrete mixing plant mainly includes the conveying of aggregate and the conveying of powder.

  • Liquid Supply System

The liquid supply system includes a liquid admixture giving system and a water giving system.

  • Pneumatic System

Pneumatic system is mainly composed of assembling valve, filter valve, air flow cushion, pneumatic flygate, pneumatic spherical vibrator, air compressor, gas source triplet, gas storage tank, cylinder and air pipe. The pneumatic system is mainly composed of assembly valve, filter pressure reducing valve, flow cushion, pneumatic butterfly valve, pneumatic ball vibrator, air compressor, air source triplet, gas storage tank, cylinder and trachea.

  • Mixing System

Concrete mixer can mix a variety of concrete, such as fluidity, semi dry hardness and dry hardness, etc. The mixer mainly consists of the transmission installation, the shaft end seal, the cylinder block and the lining board component, the moistening device, the unloading system and the batching equipment

  • Main Building Frame

The main building frame is steel structure. From the top to bottom is the roof, stair and fence, metering layer, mixing layer, support frame and so on.

  • Control Room and Control System

The control room is the place where the agitator operates and manages the batching plant. Electrical control system consists of control room, air conditioner, electric control cabinet, desk and chair, industrial computer, PLC, and cable connection, etc. It is the center system of the whole concrete batching plant, determines the action of each component.

  • Dust-removal System

Dust removal systems include dust removal in cement and admixtures metering, unloading, removing dust when the bulk cement truck adding material to powder tank, and the inclined belt feed the aggregate to the hopper.
