Shaft-end seal: The quality of shaft-end seal directly determines the efficiency and life of the mixer. Automatic shaft-end sealing system improves sealing effect and life. Pneumatic shaft protection device ensure more stable and reliable operation of the mixer.
How to check whether the lubricating grease actually reaches the spindle head in automatic shaft-end sealing system.
The methods are as follows：
Check the oil pressure gauge instructions(10~60bar): If the oil pressure gauge indicates less than 10 bar, valve core plugging; If more than 60bar, splite-flow valve core plugging.
Check the consumption of lubricating grease(≥42ml/h), that's 1/4 of the whole can. If it is lower than this consumption, it must be checked whether the four spindle head have lubricating oil delivery. The check method is as follows: the four spindle head are equipped with one spare grease fitting respectively. You can press the ball core of the grease fitting with your fingernail. If there is lubricating grease coming out from the core, it is indicated that the lubricating oil pump is normal.
If find that the spindle head is short of lubricating oil, you should first check whether the oil pipe of spindle head is unobstructed, check whether the splite-flow valve is blocked, and finally check whether the pump core is normally supplied. If the fault cannot be shut down, grease with grease gun from grease fitting at shaft-end , not less than 2 times per day.
Pneumatic shaft protection device: Adjust pressure reducing valve to 1~1.5bar. Check the pressure of the wind pressure solenoid valve (0.2~0.5bar). The wind pressure solenoid valve is charged when feeding, loss electricity during unloading.
