HZS60 Concrete Batching Plant adopts JS1000 twin-shaft mixer, transporting aggregate by belt vonveyor. Its productivity is 60 cubic meters per hour. Generally, It produces dry and hard, semi-dry hard, plastic concrete. This concrete plant has the features of high efficiency, accurate measurement and long service life. It is widely used in roads, bridges, water conservancy, railways, etc. And it is suitable for the construction of commercial concrete plants and precast concrete plants.
Camelway HZS60 concrete plant has high mixing efficiency and accurate metering system. Moreover, the HZS60 is equipped with a fully automatic control system, which enables automated management of the production process and meets the production requirements of different grades and formulations of concrete.
1. How does the belt-type concrete batching plant reduce its footprint?
Camelway HZS60, HZS90, HZS120, HZS180, HZS240 and other concrete plants adopt belt feeding. Compared with the hopper type concrete plants, the belt-type concrete plant occupy a larger area, but the operation is more stable; it is suitable for large-scale projects that require uninterrupted production. If your production site has a limited floor space, you can contact us for more solutions.
2. Delivery time
If the capacity of concrete plant is below 60m³/h, it will be sent within 7 days. If the capacity of concrete plant is above 60m³/h, it will be sent within one month.
1. The capacity of the concrete plant is theoretical productivity, and the actual capacity may be less than the theoretical value.
2. The floor space refers to the footprint of the main body of the concrete batching plant. It does not include the floor space of the aggregate yard, living area, laboratory and other functional areas. The concrete plant of the same type may adopt different structural forms according to the needs of users. The footprint and standard footprint are different.
3. The discharging height is the receiving height of the standard concrete mixer truck. It can be adjusted according to the actual needs.
