HZS90 concrete batching plant has a theoretical output of 90 m³/h. Its host uses JS1500 twin-shaft mixer, PLD2400 batching machine, belt conveyor, automatic centralized control system, etc. It is the choice of commercial batching plants and engineering batching plants.
HZS120 concrete batching plant has a theoretical output of 120 m³/h. It covers an area of about 65m x 30m. The investment rate of return is very high.
Large Concrete Batching Plant:
Both the HZS180 and the HZS240 are large concrete batching plants. Large-scale concrete batching plants have high investment costs. They occupy a large area, requiring about 8.2 acre of land. Users who invest in such large concrete plants generally need to have strong economic strength.
HZS180 concrete batching plant has a theoretical capacity is 180 m³/h. It adopts JS3000 concrete mixer.
HZS240 concrete batching plant has a theoretical capacity of 240 m³/h, using Sicoma Quartet host, configuration of 300 tons of cement silo with large tonnage. It has the features such as high work efficiency and low failure rate. The users who have large investment usually select this equipment.
