Concrete batching plant, also named concrete mixing plant, divides into different models according to it features. Each of its models has a certain meaning. According to the productivity, it is divided into small concrete batching plant, medium concrete batching plant and large concrete batching plant. This article mainly introduces the small concrete batching plant.

Small Concrete Batching Plant

Samll concrete batching plant includes HZS25, HZS35, HZS50 and HZS75 concrete plant. They transoprt aggregates by lifting hopper, saving the footprint and making them convenient to install and transfer. The small concrete plant is usually used in engineering projects.

HZS25 concrete plant adopts JS500 twin-shaft compulsory mixer. Its theoretical capacity is 25 m³/h. It choose the batching machine and metering system according to the batching formula.

Concrete Batching Plant Model and Introduce

HZS35 concrete plant uses JS750 mixer. Its theoretical capacity is 35 m³/h. It usually uses with bulk cement silo, screw conveyor, metering system and control system.

HZS50 concrete plant's theoretical capacity is 50 m³/h. It adopts JS1000 compulsory concrete mixer. According to the aggregates number, you can choose two silos, three silos or four silos PLD1600 aggregate bin. With a bulk cement silo, screw conveyor, cement metering, water metering system and centralized control system, it constitutes a simple concrete plant. In engineering projects, hzs50 concrete plant is often used.

HZS75 concrete plant's theoretical capacity is 75 m³/h. It could produce all the commercial or semi-dry materials with the label below C50 by using Camelway JS1500 mixer. Its overall performance is close to the medium-sized mixing plant.
