During the production process, the vibrating feeder is usually used to feed the block and granular materials into the receiving device from the storage bin. In gravel production lines, this machine can continuously and evenly feed materials to the crushing equipment and coarsely screen. Generally, the vibrating feeder is widely used in metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasives and other industries.
Camelway produces the following two types of vibrating feeders: GZD vibrating feeder and ZSW vibrating feeder.
The GZD vibrating feeder is mainly composed of vibration frame, vibration motor, spring, support seat and others. Due to the start of the vibration motor, the frame is forcedly vibrated, and the material is powered by the vibration. Slide and throw motion of materials is performed on the trough, achieving the feeding purpose.
The ZSW vibrating feeder is designed based on the principle of vibration. It is mainly made up of vibration frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibration frame, motor and so on. In addition, the exciter consists of two eccentric shafts in a specific position meshed by gears. When the material passes through the sieve strip on the tank body, the smaller materials fall through the gap of the screen strip, achieving screening effect.
